However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information. Factors such as unauthorized access, hardware or software failures, or other unforeseen circumstances may compromise data security. Any data you transmit to us electronically or via email is done at your own risk, as Internet-based communication is inherently vulnerable.

NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect and temporarily store certain non-personal information related to your interactions with the Services. “Non-Personal Information” refers to data that cannot, on its own, be used to identify you. If you prefer not to share this type of information, please adjust your privacy settings accordingly or refrain from using the Services.

INFORMATION COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES

We use a range of technologies to automatically collect data about your activity on the Services, including:

Cookies:
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website server to recognize your browser and enhance your user experience. Cookies help us personalize your interaction with the Services. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can choose to disable them through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may limit your ability to use some features of the Services.

Retargeting/Advertising Cookies:
These cookies track your online activity to help us and our partners serve you ads tailored to your interests.

Web Beacons:
Our website and emails may include small graphic elements—often called web beacons, pixel tags, or clear GIFs—that help us count visits, track email opens, and analyze user behavior for statistical purposes.

Social Ad Services:
We may participate in remarketing programs offered by social media platforms. If you have given consent to these platforms, they may serve you personalized ads based on your previous interactions with our Services. These platforms use cookies or tracking pixels to deliver targeted advertising.

For details, review the privacy policies of the respective platforms:

Mobile Device Identifiers:
DreamGlow Festival may collect mobile identifiers—unique data stored on your mobile device—to analyze user behavior and improve service delivery. This data may include device type, operating system, browser type, media access control address, and usage patterns. These identifiers may also capture Personal Information such as your IP address and location.

Cross-Device Matching:
To better understand how users engage with our Services across multiple devices, we may partner with third parties to analyze device activity and other demographic or behavioral data. In some cases, we may share de-identified data to enhance this process and deliver targeted advertising or gain insights into multi-device usage.

CHANGING YOUR DATA COLLECTION SETTINGS

Social Ad Platforms
To opt out of retargeting and tracking via Social Ad Platforms, you must adjust your preferences within each respective platform. Please note that these tracking services are governed by your direct engagement with the platforms, and DreamGlow Festival may not have full visibility into or control over the scope of data collection they perform. For detailed information, consult each platform’s privacy policy.

Cookies
Most internet browsers allow you to disable cookies, prevent your browser from accepting new ones, and manage cookie preferences. Disabling cookies may result in reduced functionality of the Services. You can also delete previously stored cookies from your browser or device. For more guidance, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

CALIFORNIA "DO NOT SELL MY INFO" NOTICE

(Privacy Notice for California Consumers)

DreamGlow Festival may work with platforms such as Google, Facebook, and other advertising networks that utilize cookies and similar technologies to serve you more relevant ads based on your browsing behavior. This practice, known as interest-based advertising, may constitute a "sale" of Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
