TICKET POLICY
EACH TICKET PURCHASED IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE. DreamGlow Festival reserves the right to revoke this license and deny or remove access to the event premises at any time.
By using an event ticket, the ticket purchaser and/or each applicable ticketholder (“you” or “Holder”) agrees that DreamGlow Festival (“DreamGlow”) retains the unrestricted right and license to use your image, likeness, name, voice, comments, and any other proprietary or public rights, as well as those of any accompanying minors, in any broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, or audio recording related to the DreamGlow Festival event (the “Event”), without compensation, and as outlined in the Media Release below.
Assumption of Risk: The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage to personal property, personal injury, or death. DreamGlow reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the premises for violations of venue rules, illegal behavior, misconduct, or failure to comply with Event security protocols.
DreamGlow is not responsible for transactions between the Holder and third-party vendors, merchants, or sponsors present at the Event. Any such transaction is solely between the Holder and the third party.
Security & Prohibited Items: DreamGlow reserves the right to enforce security measures including, but not limited to, bag checks and the use of handheld metal detectors. Only small purses and bags are allowed. The following items are strictly prohibited (“Prohibited Items”): animals (excluding service dogs), backpacks, banners, bottles, cans, containers, fireworks, GoPros, laptops, large bags, laser pointers, noisemakers, outside food or beverages, oversized packages, projectiles, weapons, audio/video recording devices, professional cameras with lenses over 6", tablets, iPads, school bags, poles, sticks, selfie sticks, or any other item deemed inappropriate by DreamGlow or venue staff.
If any Prohibited Items are found during inspection, the Holder will be asked to return them to their vehicle or dispose of them. DreamGlow and its staff will not store or safeguard personal items under any circumstances.
Third-Party Ticket Sales: The Holder assumes all risk associated with purchasing tickets from any source other than DreamGlow Festival or its authorized agents.
Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotional purposes (including sweepstakes or contests), or any commercial activities without prior written consent from DreamGlow.
NO RE-ENTRY. EVENT DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE & PARTICIPATORY ACTIVITIES
Some interactive experiences (“Activities”) that involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, minor or serious injury, broken bones, paralysis, or death.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do NOT participate in any Activities if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, including but not limited to issues related to the neck, back, heart, or blood pressure.
By engaging in any Activity, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, including those arising from negligence. You are responsible for your own safety. If you observe any unusual hazards during your participation, you agree to cease participation and notify Event staff immediately.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
You hereby release, waive, and covenant not to sue DreamGlow Festival, its officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, the venue owners and lessors (collectively, “Releasees”), from any claims of injury, disability, death, loss, or damage to you or your property, even if caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MEDIA RELEASE
By entering the Event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recordings may be captured. You grant DreamGlow Festival and its employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors, and partners the right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media format, including photographs, videos, audio, and digital images, for purposes including but not limited to advertising, promotional content, social media, websites, newsletters, and press materials.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the final product and agree that you are not entitled to compensation or royalties for such use. You further release DreamGlow Festival and all associated parties from any claims related to invasion of privacy, misappropriation, defamation, or misuse of image.
BY PURCHASING OR HOLDING A TICKET AND ATTENDING THE EVENT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE.
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to provide consent for yourself and any accompanying minors. If you are acting as a parent or guardian, you provide consent on behalf of said minors.
This release is binding on you and your heirs, representatives, and assigns. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
